Referral Process

General Practitioner or other Health Practitioner Referrals

Your referring doctor or health practitioner can schedule an appointment on your behalf by sending a referral letter. Upon receipt of this, if an appointment has not already been made, our reception staff will contact you to arrange a suitable appointment time.

Self Referral

We would prefer patients to be referred for treatment by their family doctor along with an explanatory letter, but will also accept self-referrals.
