- Welcome to Oxford Clinics’ website (“the Website”) and thank you for taking the time to read these Website terms of use which apply in respect to your use of the Website and all information contained on or accessible via the Website.
- By accessing and using the Website you are deemed to have agreed to these terms of use. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms of use, you must stop accessing and using the Website and all Website Services immediately.
- For the purposes of these terms of use, "Oxford Clinic" means each of Oxford Clinic Hospital Ltd, Oxford Clinic Women’s Health Ltd. and Intus Ltd.
- The information contained on the Website is provided for the purposes of informing you about Oxford Clinic and the services we offer. The Website also contains general health information. The information contained on the Website is not intended nor implied to be a substitute for professional medical advice nor is it intended to be for medical diagnosis or treatment. We do not provide any health or treatment services through the Website and we recommend that you seek professional medical advice if you have any health concerns.
- This Website also contains information about Specialists who consult and/or perform procedures within our facility and who participate in the Oxford Clinic credentialing programme. All arrangements that you make with any Specialist is a matter between you and the Specialist.
- If we provide services or other information to you those services or that information will be subject to our terms and conditions that apply at the time. You should discuss those term with us when you contact us directly.
- If there is any conflict between the content of the Website or these terms of use and the specific terms and conditions relating to any services or other information we provide to you those terms and conditions will take precedence.
- This Website may contain links to other third party sites (“linked site(s)”). Linked sites are not under the control of Oxford Clinic. Oxford Clinic is not responsible for the contents or privacy practices of any linked site. The inclusion of any linked site in the Website is provided as a convenience only and does not imply endorsement or recommendation by Oxford Clinic of the linked site or the products and services provided there or any association with its operators. a. The structure and format of the Website; b. All works of the types referred to in section 14(1) of the Copyright Act 1994; c. All other content elements however conveyed (including written, dramatic, illustrated, storyboard, film, moving image, animation and web design elements); d. All software elements; and e. The trademarks, trade names and logos and other material underlying and forming part of the Website; is owned by or licensed for use by Oxford Clinic.
